ON SCHEDULE: 95% of contracting companies don't provide anything beyond a vague completion goal. We provide a detailed calendar of events to let you know everything. Most importantly, our contract includes specific penalties we impose on ourselves should we fail to make our scheduled completion date. The greatest nightmare for a client is to set aside $40,000 (be it a loan or cash in hand) only to start the project and suddenly be told they need another $10,000 to finish it properly. This is a serious problem when a client cannot get that money. They're left with a half-complete project and no money to complete it. That wonderful dream of an amazing new kitchen or finished basement has transformed into a horror story few wish to encounter. This major den renovation in Northfield, IL included completely changing the layout of the wet bar, opening up a wing wall between the den and kitchen and finishing the existing brick pass-thru fireplace in thinstone. We also refinished the floors, added a tray ceiling with extensive can lighting and built new custom cabinetry throughout. All wrapped up with a beautiful paint job by the client's painters.
