Not all remodeling projects have to be major ordeals. In this case the homeowner was looking to improve the look and feel without breaking the bank. We replaced dated vinyl flooring with nice-looking laminate wood. Laminate countertops were upgraded. Two old windows were upgraded to bay windows to enhance the size and openness of the kitchen and home.
